Licenses & Copyrights
By purchasing a template, you agree that:
Each template purchase may be used for one project only (eg: 1 Aspire Builder Website Template purchase = 1 Website)
If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
The design is copyrighted LCDesign LLC and LCDesign LLC owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.
Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.
Refund Policy
Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template demos and features, the FAQs and program requirements prior to purchasing. If you have any template specific questions, please contact us before you purchase.
Template Support Policy
We are happy to help you with issues relating to the template itself, the install/build, the downloads, the provided files + any problems that might arise with these.
Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to help with general Aspire Builder related questions, template modifications, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, or any problems you are having with software.
Template Installation Policy
(Only applicable if you have purchased an Aspire Builder Website Template Installation/Build service.)
This install service will transfer your purchased Aspire Builder Website Template into your Aspire Builder account, but NOT into a live website. If you have a live website on another platform other then Aspire Builder, we recommend manually transferring (copy + pasting) your content over to the new site. If you have a lot of blog posts, shop items or items that can’t be easily manually transferred, please contact us to discuss what the best option for you will be.
We will always do our best to have your template installed within 48 hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please message the LCDesign support chat if it has been over 48 hours and you are waiting for an install.
Once the template is installed into your account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.
LCDesign reserves the right to decline or cancel any installation at any time. In the event of an installation order being cancelled, LCDesign will refund the full amount of the Install service. Though we cannot refund for the Aspire Builder Website Template purchased in conjunction with this order.
Other Notes
Please note that some or most of our templates include custom Canva graphics that are optional for you to use on your website template.Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva For Work' (a paid version of Canva) for best results.
You will need an Aspire Builder subscription and you may need Canva to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.
