what do I use to edit the graphics?

Most templates come with Canva graphics that are included if you prefer to use these. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva Pro' (a paid version of Canva) for best results. We recommend using the 30 day free trial of this upgrade.

could I hire someone to edit the template for me?

All of our templates are made with the DIY user in mind. We believe that building your own template from scratch is the best way to learn how to use your website and make edits to it down the track. If you get stuck you can access the full support team via chat in the bottom right hand corner and we'll do our best to help! Aspire Builder also has a very responsive & helpful support team to help you at all times as well.

what if I don't know how to use aspire builder?

The great thing about Aspire Builder is that it's DIY & drag-n-drop friendly. When you purchase a template you get access to our full support team via chat in the bottom right hand corner, and everything else that you need to know to build the template and become a whiz at Aspire Builder!

how long do I have access to the template?

You have lifetime access to the template content, so you can take as long as you need to to build it out!

You do need to allow us partial access to your Aspire Builder account so we can transfer your custom template into your account, but once you have done that, you have complete lifetime access.

what happens if I get stuck? do you offer support?

Yes! We have free chat support in the bottom right hand corner and can also offer hourly paid support if you need assistance with something extra.

can I build & host course in aspire builder?

Yes! Aspire Builder allows you to build & sell a beautiful course with the simple drag-n-drop builder. It can host up to an unlimited amount of course members with their largest package.

can I upload my own custom graphics or PDF's in aspire builder?

is there any coding involved?

You will never be required to use any code to build your site. All of our templates use DIY friendly features and you won't need to code anything!

You are welcome to add any coded features of your own.

how long will this take me?

For some people, this process takes just a few hours. For others, it can take weeks or months, so, it's hard to say!

We recommend scheduling time to sit down and really focus on it, and watching some of the instructional videos inside Aspire Builder so you can get it launched asap!
